Infiltration of CD4+ T cells into the spinal cord of cannabis-treated mice. MOG35-55-given female C57BL/6 mice were treated with vehicle, CN2, or CN4. Spinal cords were removed and cut horizontally. Sections were stained using antibodies against CD4+ T cells (gray), and the cell nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue) and examined using a confocal microscope (X20 magnification).
