Extracts from the selected cannabis cultivars ameliorated EAE symptoms in MOG immunized mice. Mice treated with MOG35-55 in the absence or presence of CN2 or CN4 extract once daily (days 7, 8: dose 10 mg/kg, days 9, 10, 12-14: 5 mg/kg). Presented results are mean ± SEM.
