Extract of the cannabis cultivars (CN2, CN4, CN6) significantly reduced NO secretion in primary glial cells. Primary glial cells were incubated for 24 h with or without LPS (0.5µg/ml) and extracts from the cannabis cultivars CN2, CN4, or CN6 (50µg/ml). The amount of NO in the medium was determined, and cells were counted at the end of the experiment.
